Your subscription
nocold.email provides cold-email filtering for one connected Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox in desktop Chrome. Monthly billing is US$9 per month. Annual billing is US$79 upfront per year (equivalent to about US$6.58 per month). Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment. Optional third-party AI usage is billed separately by the provider using your own key.
Your free trial
Your 14-day trial begins with your first connected scan. No payment card is required to start. If you do not subscribe, automatic filtering stops when the trial ends. Your messages remain in Gmail, and review and restore remain available. Each Google account receives one trial. Connecting again or reinstalling does not restart it.
Renewal and cancellation
A paid subscription renews automatically at the selected monthly or annual price unless canceled. Stripe shows the payment amount and timing before you confirm. You can cancel future renewal, update your payment method, view invoices, or change your plan in Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Removing the extension or disconnecting Gmail does not cancel billing.
Stripe shows any charge or credit before a plan change is confirmed. If a payment fails, filtering may pause until payment is resolved. Contact privacy@nocold.email for payment errors or refund requests. This does not limit any refund or cancellation rights that apply to you by law.
How filtering works
The extension checks mail while Chrome can run it. It labels and archives detected cold emails; it does not automatically delete them. Filtering can make mistakes. Review your Cold Emails label and use restore or sender preferences when needed. Keep access to your Google account secure and use the service only for a mailbox you are authorized to manage.
