SMS Terms

Who sends nocold.email text messages, what they contain, how you opt in, and how to get help or stop them at any time.

1. Program overview

nocold.email text messages are part of the SMS messaging program operated by Kimeur Labs, LLC. All messages are sent from our toll-free number +1 (888) 604-1118.

Every message begins with nocold.email:, so you always know who is texting you. The same number also sends messages for other Kimeur Labs, LLC brands, each starting with its own name. See the program-wide SMS terms for the full list.

The automatic replies to STOP, HELP and START come from the shared number itself, so they begin with Kimeur Labs: instead.

2. Messages we send

We only send messages that you have asked for:

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

Example messages:

Verification code

nocold.email: Your verification code is 482913. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.

Request update

nocold.email: We received your support request #NC-1187. We'll text you here when it's answered. Reply STOP to opt out.

Support reply

nocold.email: Thanks for contacting support. Reply to this message to continue the conversation. Reply STOP to opt out.

3. How you opt in

You join the program only by giving us your mobile number yourself, on the nocold.email website:

  1. You enter your mobile number in the phone field of a sign-in or support form.
  2. Beneath the field and beside the button, the form shows the consent statement below. Consent is never pre-selected: any consent checkbox is unchecked by default.
  3. You tap Send code (or the form's equivalent button) to receive a one-time verification code by SMS.

The consent statement reads:

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We never add numbers to the program from purchased lists, from third parties, or from any source other than you.

Illustration of the opt-in step. The consent statement sits beneath the phone field and beside the button, and nothing is pre-selected.

4. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your activity, for example one message per verification code you request. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

5. How to opt out

You can stop receiving messages at any time. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message from +1 (888) 604-1118. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that:

Opt-out confirmation

Kimeur Labs: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.

Because the number is shared, opting out stops text messages from this number for every Kimeur Labs, LLC brand. If you opt out, we will not be able to send you verification codes by SMS.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email us at privacy@nocold.email. The reply to HELP reads:

Help response

Kimeur Labs: Help at hello@kimeurlabs.com or kimeurlabs.com/sms-terms. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

7. Opting back in

If you have opted out and want to receive messages again, reply START to +1 (888) 604-1118:

Opt-in confirmation

Kimeur Labs: You are resubscribed to account and code messages. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

8. Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will arrive.

9. Privacy

We never sell your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent, and we never share them with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share them only with the service providers that deliver our messages, such as Twilio, and only for that purpose.

For more on how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
